No Place Like Home Pet Resort

For the health and safety of all our guests, we require the following vaccinations to be current.  We also ask that vaccinations be administered at least 7 days prior to staying at our facility.

Dogs:  Bordatella, DHPP, Rabies, Negative Fecal*

Cats: FVRCP, Rabies

*All new guests must have a clear fecal within the past 30 days (cats excluded).  All returning guest must have a negative fecal exam every six months.

We require a copy of your pet vaccination records.  Your veterinary office is welcome to fax directly to us at 253.548.8507.

You will be able to enter up to four pets online. If you have more than four pets, please let us know when making your reservation.

For purposes of this agreement, the term “NPLH” shall be understood to mean “No Place Like Home Pet Resort LLC”.  The term “pet(s)” shall be understood to mean one or more animals belonging to the undersigned and left in the care of NPLH.

I attest that I am the legal owner of the pet(s).

I agree that I am solely responsible for any harm to people, other animals or property caused by my pet(s) while in the care of NPLH.

I further agree that NPLH and its staff will not be liable for any problems that develop with my pet(s), provided reasonable care and precautions are followed and I hereby release them of an liability included but not limited to loss or damage due to disease, death, escape, theft, fire, fight, injury to persons or other pets, damage to property or other unavoidable causes arising from my pet(s) stay at NPLH.

I further agree that should my pet(s) become ill, or seem to be in the need of medical attention, I authorize NPLH to administer aid and/or to use any available veterinarian.  I agree to pay all incurred expenses.

I further agree that all charges will be paid in full upon checkout.  I understand that my pet(s) will not be released until all charges are paid in full.  I understand that full day boarding charges apply after 11 AM. 

I further understand if pet(s) is left for more than ten days after its scheduled pickup date, and NPLH has been unable to contact me, NPLH may consider the pet(s) abandoned.  NPLH reserves the right to disposition the pet(s) and/or seek all legal remedies against the abandoning owner per Washington State R.C.W. #16.54.010.

I understand that my pet(s) must be in good health.  I also agree that my pet(s) will be free of disease or contagious illness for thirty days prior to admission.  I also certify that my pet(s) is up to date on all required vaccinations.

I certify that my pet(s) has neither harmed nor shown any aggressive behavior toward any person or any other pets.

I further understand that any articles or supplies I leave with my pet(s) while in the care of NPLH may become lost, damaged or destroyed and I hereby release NPLH from any liability for damage to or loss of such articles and supplies.

I further agree that this agreement is binding for this and any subsequent stays at NPLH.

Please be advised that when older and/or special needs pets are boarded they can be placed under a great deal of stress due to removal from their normal environment. 

This stress can cause latent (dormant) physical conditions (such as heart, liver, kidney, gastro enteric disorders) to become active.
