Daycare

We require introduction to daycare for all new guests.  Through this evaluation, we are able to evaluate your dog's temperament and ability to interact with people and other dogs.  Daycare is included with most boarding.

Daycare Policies

• Daycare is from 6am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays. 

• Late pickups will be charged $1 per minute from close.
  

• Dogs not picked up 30 minutes after closing, will be fed and boarded for the night at our Homestyle boarding rate.

Boarding Policies:

• We will automatically schedule and charge a nature walk (one per week) for dogs boarding in cozy dens without daycare for seven nights or longer.

• Unless otherwise directed, we will automatically schedule and charge a departure bath for all boarding that is five nights or longer.

• Dogs under 15 pounds must be boarded Homestyle.

• We don't require deposits, however we do require a credit card to confirm your boarding reservation.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation will incur a nonrefundable charge of one night's boarding for each dog.

• Check out is 11:00 am Monday through Saturday and between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm on Sundays.   Late check out fee is $15 per family.
  

• Boarders not picked up by 5:00 pm will be fed and boarded for the night at full boarding rate.
