Doggie
daycare dogs are supervised at all times. We have separate play areas
for small or shy dogs. Large dogs spend most of their day outside in a
3000 square foot, secured play area. The small dog outside play area
is 1000 square feet. Depending on the parent's preference, small dogs
either spend the day inside or outside.
Here is an example of a typical day in doggie day care for a small dog who is allowed to play outside:
6:15 am My
family dropped me off in the office. Melissa took me into the
homestyle boarding room, where I played indoors until the sun came out.
8:00 am I
went outside and walked with Lea and a few other small dogs to the
playground. I ran, played fetch with Ken, climbed and jumped! My
favorite thing to do is play in the big blue car.
11:30 We went back inside. Melissa put me in my playpen and brought my lunch to me. Then I took a nice long nap.
1:00 pm Time to go back outside!
3:30 pm We
went back inside. Ken put me in my playpen this time and gave me a
snack. I rested for awhile and then Ken let me out of my playpen to
play inside.
5:30 pm Stephanie came to tell me that my
parents were here to pick me up. I followed her out to the office
where my family was waiting to see me.
