We learned that our friend Wally passed away recently.
Wally the 'Wild Westie' was a happy boy. He had his girl Esther and his brother Toby. He loved to pick on Toby to show off for Esther. During the school year Wally would come to daycare about 3 times a week with his brother Toby. They would go to work with mom in the morning and then about an hour later the Bark and Ride would pull up to the school and carry them off to Daycare. Wally was always in charge and he made sure everyone knew it, and if you didn’t he would let you know. Wally would always find the best squeaky toy and would find a nice spot in the sun to lay and tease Esther from, she would then run up and steal the toy and rip it apart. Somehow Wally always managed to find a lap to take a short nap in before running off to defend the Pup Hut yard with Esther against all the big dogs walking by. We all loved his spirit and tenacity.
Wally will be very missed and forever loved by all who knew him and all of us here at NPLHPR.
